Make an appointment Guidelines
1. For patient with online appointment, please present yourself at registration counter upon arrival.
2. Non MyKad holder first visit patient is not eligible to make online appointment. Please walk in and get a Q no. for registration upon arrival.
3. Please cancel your appointment 1 day before/ same day in advance, if you unable to attend the appointment.
If u didn’t turn up more than 3 times you are not allow to make appointment within 30 days.
4. On the day of consultation/treatment, appointments are only available in the afternoon.
5. The appointment time is an estimated time, it may vary based on previous patient’s consultation. Please arrive 30 minutes early for registration.
